I've seen the dry brush before but I have never tried one of them...until now.

Dry Brush Set

I jumped at the opportunity to try this dry brush because I have heard such good things about them. They are supposed to help with circulation among other things. They also help to remove dead skin allowing you skin to glow.

This particular set also comes with a small brush for the face. The way my skin feels after use is amazing. So soft and it just looks healthy. I have only been using this for about two weeks, but I have noticed that my skin doesn't look as dry as it used to.

To use this set, you always want to brush toward the heart as this is supposed to help your circulation. I don't know how true that statement is, but it definitely can't hurt. You are also supposed to start at the outermost regions of the body, such as the hands or the feet and work toward the heart or trunk of the body.

Dry Brush Set

You can find this set here. It's on Amazon for $19.95. If this really does help your circulation it would definitely be worth the price for that alone. But hey, why do you have to do something nice for yourself just because it's healthy? It just feels good and it is relaxing (at least for me). I try to set aside a little time every day, or right after my shower.

This is a great product that is made well. I love the wood handles. The bristles are sturdy, but not to the point they hurt. When done your skin should have a pinkish tinge, but not red. If your skin gets red try to not push so hard.

I received this product for free or at a discount for my honest review.

Have a great day!

Well, this is an interesting concept! At my age, approaching 60, it might be worth checking into!

It sounds interesting. I’ve never tried a product like this before, it sounds like a great way to help your body relax while taking a bath after a long busy day in the office. I’m sure it’s a great product!

I like the fact that it helps exfoliate your skin. I hate having dry skin especially during the summer and before you put on some lotion or moisturizer it’s good to make sure that you have soft smooth skin first and what better way to do that than by using this brush!

I’ve never really brushed my hair. Is that bad? It’s just so prone to frizz that I sorta keep my hands off. Maybe I should try!

This is actually for your skin rather than your hair. It’s supposed to help with blood circulation.

Oh, what a nice brush! I remember when my grandpa used something like this to regulate his blood pressure. This is a must-have!

I have never used a dry brush before, but I too have heard a lot about the benefits using it. Anything that helps with Blood Circulation is going to be amazing & I would like to have one!
