I got this baking bundle in the mail a couple weeks ago and decided to use it for Peanut Butter Cookies (recipe to come later). I had not used a silicone baking mat before so this was a first and now I think I am hooked! The cookies didn't stick to the mat even without grease.

You can see above there is no cookie stuck to the mat! None! Even after 3 sets going into the oven they didn't stick. I have had problems with cookies sticking all the time. Never have I had a time where at least a few didn't stick to the pan, until now.

These Baking Bundles are for sale on Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BE4YU1K from Chefs Limited. The bundle comes with the cookie sheet (which by the way is non-stick too), the silicone mat, and a silicone mitt to take this out of the oven with.

Baking Mitt

I have to admit I was a bit scared to use the mitt to take the cookie sheet out of the oven. I have to say it does work. I could feel the heat of the cookie sheet through the mitt, but it was not a burning heat. In other words, I was able to use the mitt taking the cookie sheet out of the oven. I didn't get burned by touching the cookie sheet with the mitt.

The mitt is a bit big for me, but then again I have really small hands. So for most they should be a comfortable fit. I have also place a video on YouTube of my review on this Baking Bundle from Chefs Limited. If you would like to see it you can find the video here. It's only a couple minutes long. But I would love for you to see it and let me know what you think.

Have a great day!
