Day 11: Don't neglect Diet and Exercise
Step 1: Come up with a few breakfast ideas to prepare ahead of time for easy prep in the morning. Because this is the most important meal of the day!
Step 2: Think of two ways you can incorporate more physical activity into your day.
I had a bit of trouble with this one as my days are pretty full already. However,
- Park farther away at the store for more walking
- Get up 30 minutes earlier and go for a walk.
What do you think about these goals for actually eating breakfast (which I don't normally do) and adding physical activity to my day?
